However, we are always here to advise and support you and your contractor with selection/install decisions.

Skimmer Lids Pty prefers orders to be emailed to administration specifying the specific product codes at email@example.com. If you need to discuss your order, you may phone your sales representative Gary 0427 270 560 or if in the Sydney area Sarah-Jane on 0447 981 121. All orders will be confirmed by email from our accounts team; errors need to be advised and amended asap. Please email your purchase order to HIDE admin.
For HIDE kit orders: We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours, during regular business hours. You will be notified of any out of stock items.
Purchase a replacement key from your HIDE supplier; we will send freight free directly to the homeowner. We offer two lengths: Lids up to 35mm in stone thickness or a stone thickness of over 40mm. HIDE Replacement Key
Replacement of faulty Safety Keys: sent no-charge direct to the homeowner.

The Skimmer Lids Pty Ltd dispatch is not courier specified. Standard Courier service is selected based on destination and volume. Freight invoiced at cost plus special requirements. Any special or referred requirements must be specified on emailed orders. For your own freight arrangements or quote comparisons, we can provide shipment dimensions and weights.
Any returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in its original, re-saleable condition. All product returns require authority from our administration office.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card)
All credit card payments will be processed prior to dispatch. There are no extra charges for Credit Card payment.
Please find the bank account details listed on your invoice.
Skimmer Lids Pty Ltd does not require a minimum order amount for any purchase.
Business partners credit terms will be by individual arrangement after a reasonable trading period. Parameters for a “reasonable trading period” include period and quantity of the product purchased.
Retail Showroom Partners
For new customers, full payment of both the order and shipping amount is required prior to dispatch. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
For established wholesale partners, the shipping charges will be added to your final invoice and emailed with your tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Skimmer Lids Pty Ltd requires full payment within 7-14 days of receipt of the invoice.
If agreed trading terms are not met, or payment is overdue, you will be notified by either Skimmer Lids Pty Ltd admin or your sales representative. Failure to pay will result in your account being placed on hold and possible cancellation of account terms.
