The exception is the use of materials contained within the Media Kit download links, located within the password protected Members Area of the website. Please be aware that part of the Terms of Use of the Media Kit materials includes the stipulation, that any use of the supplied materials be accompanied by the “Proudly Manufactured by Skimmer Lids” logo and the appropriate brand logo at all times. Any approved applicant found to be using supplied Media Kit materials without adequate branding may be terminated without notification from the Members Area, and restricted from using the Media Kit materials.
